It was 90’s, the era of great technology revolution, when Indian youth started to leave behind the conventional courses and progressed to be a part of globalization, and that influenced her too. After completing her MBA in marketing, she started her career with the telecom giant Airtel. It was followed by many reputed organizations like Idea Cellular, Shriram Group, Alcoa, Avery Dennison, 3M and Capsugel Healthcare (Pfizer Group). She carries over 21 years of Industry experience, having served in Supply Chain leadership roles.
It gave her vast exposure to the Indian and overseas market, as she worked with different cultures and counties.
With enriched experience in Customer Engagement, understanding of Customer behaviour and Customer needs along the various stages of Supply Chain, she always dreamt of creating an organisation having Service and Customer Satisfaction as a fundamental axiom. Along with the corporate roles she had also been visiting reputed management institutions as the guest faculty.
With deep interest in connecting with people, she started the entrepreneur journey in year 2021.
